Hobbes Tapestry

This tapestry was inspired by my cat, Hobbes, who is named after the cartoon tiger from Calvin and Hobbes. I chose the background color specifically to match my cat’s eye color and made the tapestry as a personal piece for myself as a cat mom.

I constructed the image by following a pixel graph stitch by stitch, working back and forth in rows and crocheting over the unused color as I went.
