Rainbow Weaving

The rainbow palette was inspired by Pride, which was coming up in June, and my lifelong love of rainbows—a love that can also be seen throughout the color palette of my crochet business, Nerdy Crochet. After completing Portal Weaving, my first weaving, I wanted to experiment with how contrasting colors would change the way your eyes look at the motifs I was creating.

Using brighter colors made familiar shapes feel bolder and gave me a new way to explore the same weaving process.
